How do I return an item?
Return will only be accepted within 3 calender days after the items is received. Customer will be responsible for the round trip shipping cost and a 30% restocking fee unless a wrong item was shipped to customer by mistake or the items was damaged prior to shipping. We will not be responsible for damage of any kind occured during shipping such as wet or burned during transportation. However, we will try our best to make sure everything is perfect before we send the items you ordered and we will always think as a customer to help you out.
